On your first visit, we advise that you come in to your scheduled appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill out the required paperwork. Be sure to bring in a picture ID and insurance card if using insurance. The doctor will then review your information and begin the exam. The exam, on average, take 20 minutes and will consist of further information, range of motion, neurological exams, orthopedic exams, then appropriate treatment.
If any imaging is needed, patients will be sent to a referred imaging center. The doctor will discuss your individualized treatment plan and proceed accordingly.
